Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid: Testing and Inspection
LOCK-UP SOLENOID CHECK
1. Disconnect the shift solenoid connector and measure at the sensor side.
2. Measure the resistance between terminal 8 and ground.
Standard value: 11 - 15 ohms [at 25°C (77°F)]
3. If the resistance is not within the standard value, replace the solenoid assembly.
