CIRCUIT OPERATION

The battery positive voltage is applied on the ECM <M/T> or PCM <A/T> (terminal 18) from the condenser fan motor relay.

When the ECM <M/T> or PCM <A/T> switches on its power transistor, the condenser fan motor relay coil is energized, causing current to flow in
the circuit.
TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS
The most likely causes for this code to be set are:

Malfunction of the condenser fan motor relay.

Malfunction of the condenser fan motor.

Improper connector contact, open circuit or short-circuited harness wire.

ECM failed <M/T>.

PCM failed <A/T>.
