STEP 1.

Check the circuit at ECM connector C-50 <M/T>/PCM connector C-89 <A/T>.
1. Disconnect connector C-50 <M/T>/C-89 <A/T> and measure at the harness side.
2. Turn the ignition switch "ON."
3. Check the condenser fan condition.

The fan should stop.

4. Measure voltage between terminal 18 and ground.

Voltage should be approximately 12 volts (battery positive voltage)

5. Connect a jumper cable between 18 and ground.

The fan should run.

If all checks above meet the specifications, go to STEP 2.
If any check above does not meet the specifications, check the harness wire and connector between the ECM <M/T>/PCM <A/T> and
A/C condenser fan motor relay, and repair or replace if necessary.  If the harness wire and connector is in good condition, check the
A/C condenser fan circuit. Refer to Diagnosis. Then check that the malfunction is eliminated.

STEP 2.

Check harness connector C-50 at the ECM <M/T>/C-89 at the PCM <A/T> for damage.
If harness connector C-50 <M/T>/C-89 <A/T> is not damaged, replace the ECM <M/T>/PCM <A/T>.
If harness connector C-50 <M/T>/C-89 <A/T> is damaged, repair or replace it. 
Then check that the malfunction is eliminated.
