Transmission Speed Sensor: Testing and Inspection
Output Speed Sensor

INSPECTION

1. Disconnect the vehicle speed sensor connector.
2. Measure the resistance between terminals No. 3 - 4 of the sensor-side connector.

Standard value: 620 +/- 60 ohms [at 20° C (68° F)]

3. If the resistance is outside the standard value, replace the vehicle speed sensor.
