HYDRAULIC BRAKE BOOSTER ACCUMULATOR WARRANTY EXTENSION
PURPOSE
Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. is extending the warranty for the Hydraulic Brake Booster Accumulator (HBBA) on all affected vehicles from 3
years or 36,000 miles to 10 years or 150,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the original in-service date. This extended limited warranty covers the
HBBA currently installed on affected vehicles even if the original part has been replaced.

CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION
A letter will be sent to all owners of affected vehicles informing them of the warranty extension. A copy of the customer notification letter is shown in
this bulletin.
If a customer is seeking reimbursement because they have already paid to have the HBBA replaced on their vehicle, advise them to obtain information
regarding reimbursement at the following website: www.Montero2001-2002.com.
