Testing and Inspection of Montero XLS 4WD V6-35L SOHC (2001) Powertrain Management
STEP 3. Check wiper motor connector B-12 for damage.
Q: Is wiper motor connector B-12 in good condition?
YES: Go to Step 4.
NO: Repair or replace it. Refer to Harness Connector Inspection. The windshield wiper should stop at the predetermined park position.
STEP 4. Check the harness wires between wiper motor connector B-12 and ignition switch (ACC).
