STEP 8. Check the door lock switch (power window sub switch).
Q: Is the door lock switch (power window sub switch) in good condition?
YES: Go to Step 9.
NO: Replace the power window sub switch. The door lock switch input signal should be able to be checked and the central door locking system
should work normally.
STEP 9. Check the power window sub switch ground circuit at power window sub switch connector H-16.
1. Disconnect power window sub switch connector H-16 and measure at the harness side.
2. Measure the resistance between terminal 2 and ground.
Q: Is the resistance less than 2 ohm?
YES: Go to Step 12.
NO: Go to Step 10.
STEP 10. Check power window sub switch connector H-16 for damage.
Q: Is power window sub switch connector H-16 in good condition?
YES: Go to Step 11.
NO: Repair or replace it. Refer to Harness Connector Inspection. The door lock switch input signal should be able to be checked and the central door
locking system should work normally.
STEP 11. Check the harness wires between power window sub switch connector H-16 and ground.
