REGISTERING FAST KEY TRANSMITTERS TO 2011 OUTLANDER SPORT

PURPOSE

This TSB provides instructions for registering F.A.S.T. Key transmitters to affected vehicles. The procedures are different when adding/replacing an
individual transmitter versus replacing all transmitters.

Adding or replacing individual transmitters

If you have a F.A.S.T. Key transmitter registered to the vehicle you can add or replace transmitters using the following procedure. If you do not have a
registered transmitter you must obtain a Security Permission File from MMNA. See details later in this TSB.

IMPORTANT:

You must always use NEW keys. Immobilzer information is permanently stored and cannot be changed.

Obtain the Key Register Password from the MDL (Service >> Systems >> Vehicle Information >> Key Register Password).
