Remove tensioner spacer, spring, then the tensioner and spacer, Fig. 2.

Mark direction of rotation on timing belt, then remove belt.
7.
Remove camshaft sprocket, then the plug on left side of cylinder block. Retain left silent shaft, using a suitable screwdriver, then remove oil pump
sprocket retaining nut and sprocket.
8.
Remove crankshaft sprocket, then the flange.
9.
Remove tensioner ``B,'' then mark normal direction of rotation on timing belt ``B'' and remove belt.
10.
Remove right silent shaft sprocket and spacer, then the crankshaft ``B'' sprocket, key and timing belt under cover.
