EGR Vacuum Line: Testing and Inspection

EGR Port Vacuum Check
1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the throttle body EGR vacuum nipple and connect a hand vacuum pump to the nipple.
2. Start the engine.
3. Measure engine vacuum at 2500 r/min.
Standard value: 51 kPa (15 in. Hg) or more
