Raider V6-3.7L SOHC (2006)
PRELIMINARY STEPS
1. Open the hood and check near the VECI label to verify there is no modification label previously installed to indicate this TSB (TSB-09-13-009)
reprogramming has already been completed.
2. If there is an underhood label indicating a different TSB number, check the ECU part number using the MUT-III.
^ Turn the ignition to the ON position. Do not start the engine.
^ Open RAIDER STV.
^ Select System Select.
^ Select PCM (NGC III Engine).
^ Select ECU Information.
^ Confirm the ECU Part Number.
^ Turn the ignition to the OFF position.
If the part number shown is listed in the Raider PCM (ECU) Software Part Number Chart shown at the end of this TSB, the PCM is already at the current
level and this reprogramming procedure does not apply. Disconnect the MUT-III and diagnose using the service manual.
Confirm MEDIC-II or MUT-III Standalone Version and Download Status
For MEDIC-II users only:
Verify that the MEDIC-II is at version 5.5 and the most current download number.
NOTE:
As of September 29, 2009, the download number is M315.
