Throttle Cable/Linkage: Adjustments
1.
Run engine until it reaches specified idle RPM.
2.
Measure freeplay of accelerator cable.
3.
If freeplay is not zero to .04 in., adjust as follows:
a. Loosen adjusting nut so that throttle lever is free.
b. Use adjusting nut to adjust freeplay to specifications.
