Troubleshooting

FAN MOTOR DOES NOT OPERATE WHEN COOLANT TEMPERATURE IS HIGH

1.

Burnt out fusible link.

2.

Poor electrical connection or break in harness.

3.

Defective relay.

4.

Defective thermo sensor.

5.

Defective motor.

FAN MOTOR OPERATES WHEN COOLANT TEMPERATURE IS LOW

Defective thermo sensor.

Short circuit to body in harness.
