Turn the crankshaft clockwise until 2 teeth pass the timing mark on the cylinder head. (4 teeth for cars with automatic valve lash adjusters.) (Fig.
3)

8.

Loosen the belt tensioner bolt and nut; then tighten first the bolt (upper access opening) and then the nut (lower access opening).

9.

Reinstall all parts previously removed and adjust the A/C belt tension.
