PURPOSE This bulletin announces the availability of a repair kit for the rubber parts in the clutch release (slave) cylinder. See Fig. 1.

This kit includes a release cylinder boot which is also available as a separate part MD603464.

REPAIR PROCEDURE
1.

Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble the release cylinder as instructed in the appropriate Service Manual.

2.

Bleed the system and lubricate all pedal linkage pivot points.
