Evacuate all refrigerant from the A/C system and note the amount removed.

If the charge is within specifications, proceed to Step 5. If the charge was low, inspect the A/C system for leaks and repair as necessary. After the
repair of any leaks, proceed to Step 5.

Remove both cooling fan assemblies.

6.

Remove the two top radiator mounting nuts.

7.

Position the radiator to gain access to the area between the bottom of the radiator and condenser lower support.

NOTE: 

It is not necessary to remove the radiator hoses.

8.

Install lower radiator seal (P/N 21497-4B001) between the bottom of the radiator and the condenser lower support as shown.

9.

Install upper condenser seal (P/N 92182-4B001) on the top of the condenser as shown.

10.

Reinstall radiator and cooling fan assembly.

11.

Install lower condenser seal (P/N 21497-4B001) on the condenser lower support so that it contacts the condenser lower bracket.

NOTE: 

No other parts removal is necessary because of the large air openings on the lower bumper fascia.

12.

Install the new countermeasure dual-pressure switch (P/N 92137-3J100) on the receiver drier.

13.

Recharge the A/C system to 1.43 lbs.

14.

Verify the A/C system is operating properly by conducting an A/C performance test as shown in the 1995 Sentra/200SX Service Manual beginning
on page HA-26.
