INTRODUCTION

On 1995 - mid 1998 Sentras and 200SXs, there is potential for water to enter a wiper arm linkage ball joint. This could result in gradual wear inside the
joint and cause the wipers to stop working while they are being used, which could result in an accident.

Nissan is conducting a voluntary recall campaign to install a seal which prevents water from entering the ball joint in the windshield wiper linkage in
vehicles which fall within the applied VIN range.
