Parts Inventory Management - It is highly recommended that when the Foam Seal, P/N 66853-0M025 is receipted into inventory, that the part be billed
out to the service department as shop supplies. This will automatically relieve the parts inventory of any on hand quantities. Since this part number is a
master pack part number and there is no individual part number established for the individual foam seals, this practice will keep inventory shortages /
overages in line.

Because the foam seal is shipped in a master pack quantity of 21 pieces, dealers are encouraged not to order excess quantities. Over ordering of these
foam seals may deplete PDC supplies. Since this is a voluntary safety recall we want to ensure that all dealers have an adequate supply of the foam seals
to meet the needs of the customer. Additionally, related replacement parts should only be required if the original part on the vehicle is lost or damaged
during the repair process.

Warranty Administration - Since there is no individual part number for the foam seal to claim on each of the recall claims, a special expense code has
been established for the foam seal replacement. This expense code (563) will reimburse the dealer for the individual foam seal piece price with a 40%
warranty parts markup. (The reimbursable cost of the individual foam seal is calculated as follows: Cost of Part Number 66853-0M025 divided by 21
plus the 40% dealer markup). Dealers claiming master pack part number 66853-0M025 will have the claim suspended. Please refer to the warranty
section of this bulletin to obtain the proper claim coding.
