GA16DE ENGINE ONLY: Remove the front mount bracket from the cylinder head and engine mount (see Figure 4).

Remove the center bolt that runs through the engine mount (see Figure 5).

9.

Remove the 3 bolts that secure the engine mount to the engine. Remove the old engine mount (see Figure 5).

10.

Position the new engine mount and re-install (hand tight) the three bolts that secure the engine mount to the engine (see Figure 5).

NOTE:

When performing step 10 on a Sentra or 200SX equipped with the GA16DE (1.6 liter) engine, one of the three bolts that secure the engine mount is
shorter in length. Make sure this shorter length bolt is reinstalled in its original location (see Figure 5).

11.

Re-install the center bolt through the engine mount (see Figure 5). Adjust the floor jack as needed to allow easier installation of the center bolt.

12.

Use an appropriate torque wrench to tighten all the engine mount securing bolts to:

44 - 54 N.m (4.5 - 5.5 kg-m, 33 - 40 ft-lb).

GA16DE ENGINE ONLY: Re-install the front mount bracket to the cylinder head and engine mount. Use an appropriate torque wrench to tighten
the mounting bolts to: 44 - 54 N.m (4.5 - 5.5 kg-m, 33 - 40 ft-lb).
