Using installer, KV99100610, and stopper, ST33061000, or equivalents, press clutch wheel into pulley, Fig. 3.

14.

Install inner snap ring in groove of clutch wheel.

15.

Position coil on compressor housing, then install mounting screws and torque to 5.1 ft. lbs.

16.

Install clutch assembly on crankshaft. Key should be set on crankshaft before installing clutch assembly.

17.

Using suitable clutch spanner wrench to hold clutch hub, install clutch hub securing bolt and torque to 11 ft. lbs.

18.

If clutch assembly was replaced, engage and disengage clutch approximately thirty times to break in new assembly.
