Power Door Lock Control Module: Description and Operation
Power is supplied at all times

through 25 A fusible link (No. (i), located in the fuse and fusible link box)

to circuit breaker terminal (1)
^
through circuit breaker terminal (2)
^
to smart entrance control unit terminal (1)
Ground is supplied to smart entrance control unit terminal (10) through body grounds (M5) and (M57).
INPUT
When the door lock & unlock switch LH is in LOCKED position ground signal is supplied

to smart entrance control unit terminal (18)
^
through door lock & unlock switch LH terminal (7)
^
to door lock & unlock switch LH terminal (2)
^
through body grounds (M5) and (M57).
When the door lock & unlock switch RH is in LOCKED position, ground signal is supplied

to smart entrance control unit terminal (18)
^
through door lock & unlock switch RH terminal (3)
^
to door lock & unlock switch RH terminal (2)
^
through body grounds (M5) and (M57).
When the door lock & unlock switch LH is in UNLOCKED position, ground signal is supplied

to smart entrance control unit terminal (19)

through door lock & unlock switch LH terminal (8)

to door lock & unlock switch LH terminal (2)

through body grounds (M5) and (M57).
When the door lock & unlock switch RH is in UNLOCKED position. ground signal is supplied
