Model Variation

Viscous Limited Slip Differential (V.L.S.D.)

Description The viscous limited slip differential is a device that prevents the rear wheels from slipping and delivers large amounts of traction torque to
the wheel that can utilize it best.

The viscous coupling is built into the differential case. Traction torque is distributed in response to difference in rotating speed between the left and right
rear wheels. The viscous coupling provides smoother operation than the previous wet, multi-plate clutch design.
