Radiator: Service and Repair

Note: It will be necessary to remove the front bumper to remove the radiator.  It is not necessary to disconnect the bumper fascia from the bumper

reinforcement bar.  Remove them together, as a unit.

1.

Remove splash shield under front bumper.

2.

Drain coolant.

3.

Disconnect turn signal wiring connectors.

4.

Remove lower radiator hose.

Front Bumper Components.

5.

Remove front inner fender wells to gain access to front bumper side bolts.  Remove three bolts per side.

Front Bumper Shock Absorber Mounting Bolts.

6.

Support bumper, remove bolts from bumper shock absorber bracket and remove bumper.
