Radiator And Hoses.

Remove upper radiator hose.

8.

Remove two radiator mounting bolts and remove radiator.

9.

Refit in reverse order.

10.

Fill radiator slowly to allow air to escape.  Fill reservoir tank to "MAX" level. 

11.

Set the heater control to "HOT".  Run engine at about 2000 RPM until thermostat has fully opened.  (Fan clutch should cycle and radiator should
be hot.)

12.

Stop engine and allow to cool.  Refill cooling system up to filler neck.  Refill reservoir tank to "MAX" level.

13.

Check for leaks.
