9. Remove cylinder head with exhaust manifold.

Installation

1. Install intake manifold.

Tighten manifold bolts and nuts in two or three stages in reverse order of removal.

3. Install collector and collector cover.

Tighten manifold bolts in reverse order of removal.

4. Install throttle chamber.

Tighten bolts in two stages.
Stage 1 9 to 11 Nm (0.9 to 1.1 kg/m, 6.5 to 8.0 ft/lb).
Stage 2 18 to 22 Nm (1.8 to 2.2 kg/m, 13 to 16 ft/lb).

5. Install distributor.

a. Align mark on shaft with protrusive mark on housing.
