Assemble rack and inner tube assembly, cylinder, cylinder end housing and pinion housing, being careful not to damage oil seal. Pay attention to
direction of cylinder end housing and pinion housing to prevent undue stress being applied to hydraulic pipes. Torque cylinder end housing and
pinion housing locknut as shown in Fig. 22.
