SUBJECT:

MICHELIN TIRE WARRANTY CLAIMS

In an effort to provide our dealers with the opportunity to ensure continued customer satisfaction, Nissan has made Michelin replacement tires for certain
300ZX models available through the Nissan Parts Distribution Centers.  This action is soley for the convenience of the customer and is not for warranty
purposes.

Michelin tires have been made available to Nissan dealers for replacement for non-warranty related situations only, such as road hazard, accident, etc.
Customers experiencing warranty related problems with their Michelin tires should be directed to the nearest Michelin Tire dealer.

Nissan is not the warranty administrator for Michelin Tires and as such, Michelin tire warranty claims will not be accepted by the National Warranty
Department.
