SERVICE INFORMATION

If an owner of the convertible 300ZX complains of the convertible top's storage-lid handles cracking and having a poor appearance, utilize the following
procedure.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1.

Lower the soft top completely into the storage area.

2.

Remove the cloth finisher from under the storage lid assembly to expose the screws that fasten the front edge of the top lid (refer to the Service
Manual's Body & Frame section).

3.

Remove the 6 mm screws inside of both the left and right handles.

4.

Place the wind-deflector in the open (active) position.
