Remove the vacuum hose between the thermal vacuum valve and the distributor vacuum advance line (see Figure 13). Install the vacuum cap
from the countermeasture kit onto the vacuum port of the countermeasure vacuum switching valve shown in Figure 12. Install the two vacuum
hoses from the countermeasure kit on
the two remaining ports of the vacuum switching valve. Attach the other end of those hoses to the thermal vacuum valve and the distributor
vacuum advance line as shown in Figure 13. Secure the hoses with clamps as shown.
