Install the previously removed water temperature switch on the adapter (Refer to Figure 8).

Remove the engine grounding wire fixing bolt, (Refer to Figure 7).

With emery paper, clean the cylinder head surface which contacts the adapter. Some cylinder heads have two threaded holes for adapter
installation, while some cylinder heads have one hole. Use two bolts when possible. For cylinder heads with one threaded hole, apply a bolt
locking adhesive such as Three Bond 1303 or equivalent to the bolt before installation. Install the adapter between the cylinder head and
engine ground wire.
