IF YOU CONFIRM:

The interior "courtesy lamps" are inoperative on an applied vehicle,

NOTE: 

Courtesy lamps include map/dome and vanity lights.

DETERMINE IF:

The Body Control Module (BCM) needs to be replaced.

ACTIONS:

Follow the service procedure in this bulletin to diagnose the incident.

If necessary, replace the BCM with the part number listed in the Parts Information.

NOTE:

Before starting this Service Procedure, collect all vehicle keys and remote controls from the customer. If BCM replacement is needed, all the vehicle
keys and remotes will need to be programmed into the new BCM.
