Carefully remove the 'B' pillar trim, and the welts from all four doors. Open the headliner.

2.

Remove the vertical screw from each of the three mounts on each side of the roof. The sun roof assembly will now lower and rest on the
L-brackets.

3.

With the sun roof lid open, the locator pins can be seen at the rear corners of the roof opening (Figure 2). Enlarge the existing guide holes to
8mm and install a plastic bushing (P/N 73679-W1010). Lubricate each locator pin with a high temperature grease before reassembly.

4.

Re-assemble the sun roof and headliner.
