3. While spreading out the snap ring, remove the driven sprocket along with the drive sprocket and oil pump chain at the same time (see Figure 30 and
31).

^ Discard the snap ring as it will not be reused.

4. Remove the two (2) "L" bracket bolts, and then remove the "L" bracket (see Figure 32).

5. Remove the two (2) baffle plate bolts, and then remove the baffle plate (see Figure 32).
