Intake Door Motor

INTAKE DOOR MOTOR

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the blower unit. Refer to "BLOWER UNIT".  See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Blower Unit
2. Remove the screws and then the intake door motor from the blower unit.

Mode Door Motor

MODE DOOR MOTOR

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the driver lower instrument panel assembly. Refer to "Driver Lower Instrument Panel".  
2. Disconnect the mode door motor connector.
3. Remove the mode door motor screws and then remove it.

Air Mix Door Motor

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the driver lower instrument panel assembly. Refer to "Driver Lower Instrument Panel".  
2. Disconnect the air mix door motor connector.
3. Remove the air mix door motor screws and then remove it.
