With these conditions, when power and ground are supplied, the light warning chime sounds.

SEAT BELT WARNING CHIME

With the driver's seat belt unfastened (seat belt buckle switch LH ON), warning chime will sound for approximately 6 seconds after the ignition switch is
turned ON.

Ground is supplied

to combination meter terminal 28

-

through seat belt buckle switch terminal 1 

-

through seat belt buckle switch terminal 2 

-

through body grounds B7 and B19.

With these conditions, when power and ground are supplied, the seat belt warning chime sounds.
