Remove all six bolts (three on each side) that fasten the sunroof glass (see figure 2).

c.

Lift and remove the sunroof glass from the vehicle.

2.

Install the new sunroof glass (listed in the Parts Information of this bulletin).

a.

Loosely install the 6 bolts that fasten the sunroof glass.

Hand tighten the bolts just enough so the sunroof glass can be adjusted up or down.

b.

Adjust the sunroof glass relative to the roof panel (see Figure 3).

Front--1.0 mm below the top of the roof panel.

Rear--flush with roof panel

c.

Tighten the six bolts that fasten the sunroof glass.
(Torque spec. 26-43 in-lbs.)
