3. Open cylinder body upward. Then remove pad retainers, and inner and outer shims.

INSTALLATION 

1. Apply grease to the inner and outer shim, and then attach them to the pads.
2. Attach the pad retainer to the torque member, and then attach it to the pad.
3. When installing new pads, push piston into cylinder body.

Carefully monitor brake fluid level because brake fluid will return to the reservoir when pushing back piston.

4. Insert pin bolt and tighten it to specified torque. Refer to Brake Caliper; Diagrams; Exploded Views.
5. Check the brake for drag.
