Look at the bottom side of each wind deflector hinge and note that there is a tab molded into the hinge. Once installed, these tabs must be aligned
with the corresponding detents in the sunroof slide rail assembly (see Figure 4).

Carefully insert either hinged end of the NEW wind deflector into the open space (gap) between the sunroof slide rail and vehicle roof (same area
as in step 5a). This will allow the other end of the deflector to be lowered into the sunroof opening.

NOTE:

Make sure the stop tab on each end of the deflector is placed under the sunroof opening when placing the deflector into position (see Figure 5).

Position both hinged ends of the wind deflector on the sunroof slide rail so that the tabs (on the bottom of each hinge) are placed over the slide rail
detents (refer to Figure 4).

Install (lock) both deflector hinges onto the slide rail as follows:
