Carefully use a screwdriver to press down on the inside portion of the wind deflector hinge (see Figure 6a) until you hear a snap noise.

NOTE:

The snap noise indicates that the hinge is locked onto the sunroof slide rail.

Use a screwdriver to press down on the outside portion of the wind deflector hinge (see Figure 6b) until you hear a snap noise.

NOTE:

You may have to use another screwdriver to hold down the inside portion of the hinge to ensure it does not pop out when the outer portion is
snapped into place.

6.

Make sure both hinge tabs are inserted in the mating detents and the hinges are fully seated (locked into position) on the slide rail.

7.

Operate (open and close) the sunroof several times to ensure smooth/proper operation.

8.

Close the sunroof and make sure the glass is flush with the vehicle roof.
