Submit a Primary Failed Part (PP) line using the claims coding table above.

SERVICE PROCEDURE:

1.

Remove the door panel (finisher)

Refer to section EI of the Service Manual (ESM) for door panel removal information.

2.

Make sure all the bolts marked with a circle or a square in Figure 1 are tight.

NOTE:

The two bolts shown above with the square around them hold the window glass to the regulator.

You will need to roll the window to the correct position to see these bolts.

If any bolts were found loose:

You should tighten them to complete the repair.

The loose bolts are likely the cause of your incident and this bulletin does not apply.
