Steering Angle Sensor: Service and Repair

STEERING ANGLE SENSOR

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL
1. Remove spiral cable. Refer to See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Clockspring Assembly / Spiral Cable/Service and Repair.
2. Remove the screws and remove the steering angle sensor.

CAUTION:
In the case that the ABS actuator and electronic unit (control unit) is replaced, make sure to adjust position of steering angle sensor. Refer to

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
