Enlarge the width of the top two mounting holes rearward by 2 mm (Figure 3).

Re-install the garnish molding without the second clip.

Some 1990 Axxess vehicles may exhibit a rattling or creaking noise in the upper B-pillar area during certain driving conditions, such as going over rough
roads.  The rattle may be caused by the sliding door upper rollers striking against the sliding door upper rail (Figure 1).
