Parking Brake Control: Adjustments

1.

Pull parking brake lever with a force of 44 lbs. and ensure lever travels 10-11 notches on models less 4WD or 12-13 notches on models w/4WD.

2.

On 4WD models, rotate adjuster, Fig. 8, until proper stroke is obtained, then tighten locknut.

3.

On models less 4WD, remove parking brake cover and adjuster cap, then adjust control lever by turning adjusting nut until proper stroke is
obtained.
