SERVICE INFORMATION

On some of the Applied Models, customers may complain of a noise from the rear suspension when the vehicle is driven over bumps. If a customer
complains of this incident, use the following service procedure to eliminate the noise.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1.

To confirm the customer complaint, test drive the vehicle with the rear end unloaded. The incident noise can usually be confirmed by driving the
vehicle over speed bumps at about 10-15 MPH.

2.

Re-evaluate the incident noise by test driving the vehicle a second time, with the rear of the vehicle loaded - carrying a passenger seated in the very
rear seat is sufficient for this evaluation. If the noise diminishes significantly or is eliminated completely, install the parts listed below. If not,
contact the FIXs Hotline.

3.

Test drive the vehicle with new parts installed to confirm noise elimination.
