ANTENNA BASE

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL
1. Remove luggage side upper finisher.  See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Trunk / Liftgate Interior Trim Panel/Service

and Repair/Luggage Floor Trim/Exploded View.

2. Remove assist grip and headlining clips.  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Exploded View.
3. Pull headlining (rear). Obtain a service area.
4. Remove antenna base mounting nut.
5. Remove antenna base.

INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
Be careful about tightening torque. Antenna sensitivity becomes poor, and when it is excessive, roof panel may be deformed, when antenna
base mounting nut tightening torque is loose.
