Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - GO TO 3.
NO - GO TO 2.
2.CHECK DOOR SWITCH CIRCUIT
1. Disconnect BCM connector.
2. Check continuity between door switch harness connector and BCM harness connector.

3. Check continuity between door switch harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - Replace BCM.  See: Body Control Systems/Body Control Module/Service and Repair/With Intelligent Key System/Removal And Installation.
NO - Repair or replace harness.
3.CHECK DOOR SWITCH
 See: Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Door Switch/Component Inspection/With Intelligent Key System.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - GO TO 4.
NO - Replace malfunctioning door switch.  See: Service and Repair/Removal and Installatio/With Intelligent Key System.
4.CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT
 See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Service Information For Electrical Incident/Intermittent Incident.
