NO - GO TO 2.
2.CHECK DOOR KEY CYLINDER SWITCH SIGNAL CIRCUIT
1. Disconnect BCM connector.
2. Check continuity between BCM harness connector and front door lock assembly (driver side) harness connector.

3. Check continuity between BCM harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - Replace BCM.  See: Body Control Systems/Body Control Module/Service and Repair/With Intelligent Key System/Removal And Installation.
NO - Repair or replace harness.
3.CHECK DOOR KEY CYLINDER SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT
Check continuity between front door lock assembly (driver side) harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - GO TO 4.
NO - Repair or replace harness.
4.CHECK DOOR KEY CYLINDER SWITCH
 See: Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Door Key Cylinder Switch/Component Inspection/Without Intelligent Key System.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - GO TO 5.
NO - Replace front door lock assembly (driver side).  See: Door Locks/Service and Repair/Front Door Lock/Removal And Installation/Without
Intelligent Key System.
5.CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT
 See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Service Information For Electrical Incident/Intermittent Incident.

Component Inspection

1.CHECK DOOR KEY CYLINDER SWITCH
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect front door lock assembly (driver side) terminal.
3. Check continuity between front door lock assembly (driver side) terminals.

Is the inspection result normal?
