REAR SUSPENSION BEAM

Inspection

INSPECTION AFTER REMOVAL
Check rear suspension beam and rear suspension beam bracket for deformation, cracks or damage. Replace the part if necessary.

INSPECTION AFTER INSTALLATION
1. Check wheel sensor harness for proper connection.  See: Brakes and Traction Control/Antilock Brakes / Traction Control Systems/Wheel Speed

2. Adjust parking brake.  See: Brakes and Traction Control/Parking Brake System/Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics.
3. Check wheel alignment.  See: Alignment/Service and Repair/Rear Suspension.
