Reassembly and Installation

Center Bearing Assembly

1. Apply a coat of multi-purpose lithium grease containing molybdenum disulfide to the end face of the center bearing and both sides of the washer.
2. When installing the center bearing, position the "F" mark towards the front of the vehicle as shown.

3. Align match marks when assembling tubes and install new retaining nut.
4. Stake the nut as shown.

 
Journal (63H, 71H and 80B) Assembly

1. Assemble journal bearing. Apply recommended multi-purpose grease on bearing inner surface.

Caution:

When assembling, be careful that needle bearing does not fall down.
