Brake Shoe: Adjustments

Brake Adjustment

When installing, measure inner diameter of the drum and adjust so that shoe outer diameter at its center is smaller than drum inner diameter by 0.25 to
0.4 mm (0.0098 to 0.0157 in) by rotating the adjuster. Then operate parking brake lever to adjust shoe clearance.
